SESSION SCHEDULE
*To be done consecutively to build the new neural pathways (purchase good for 60 days)
SESSION 1 - 60 Minutes: The fundamentals of meditation as a daily practice. The variety of meditations available to us in this training, how Sanskrit mantras work, and 20 minutes of supported meditation.
SESSION 2 - 30 Minutes: Initiation ceremony. Receive your personal Sanskrit Mantra, plus support meditating with it for the first time for 10 or 20 minutes. Learn more about the personal mantra in the video here.
SESSION 3 - 60 Minutes: Navigating practical elements of a meditation practice, plus 20 minutes of supported meditation.
SESSION 4 - 60 Minutes: Evolving your practice. Ways to enhance your meditation with sound, mudras and more; plus 20 minutes of supported meditation.
OUTCOME
You are empowered with a main form of meditation for your daily sitting practice, as well as at least 3 additional practices to add variety. You have maintained a daily practice (you will turn in your Meditation Tracker after the fourth session, and receive a new one for next 21 days).

FREE 15-minute follow-up call to be used within 30 days of the completion of your training to address any issues, ask any questions, share any experiences, and for the teacher to prescribe further study.
