I found a poem I wrote at the age of 9 that implored all to see the magic of life; to imagine more. My vision has not changed much since then, but I have since developed the knowledge, skills and - ultimately - the lived wisdom that visions, with intention, manifest reality. I paused my art major in college to pursue journalism, and nearly 20 years later, finished my mentorship with visionary fine artist Jennifer McEuen, who is also my dear spiritual guide and friend. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I learned mantra and energy practices, started a meditation school, and accessed higher realms of consciousness and abilities including channeling.

For 3 years, I lived outside of society - when I lost my TV job, marriage and dream home all at once - and immersed myself in Egyptian practices, and shamanism connected to my Native heritage. Every day, the ancestors and stars guided me to parts of the Earth to practice ritual and ceremony with her as she and my guides showed me how to change the frequency of objects, emotions, places, and situations — effectively organizing chaos into helpful frequencies to create massive shifts. My body of shamanic artwork from this time is available in the Love is Freedom is Love book; finishing with The New Civilization, which organized the necessary frequencies for Earth’s shift into the Ancient Future (the name of a frequency candle I created shortly after that).

My work is not only shamanic frequency wrangling, which is a combination of channelling and intuition (hearing the heart), but also precision-tailored work on a foundation of knowledge/practice in the science of vibration and frequency. When I was recruited by Spiritual and Vibrational Scientist, Dr. Robert J. Gilbert of the Vesica Institute to create sacred heart doctrine, I became aware of Biogeometry (he was the only non-Egyptian to be allowed to certify others in it), and learned the designs and practices of the modality that influence energy and have documented effects on our biology and environment. I also became certified in Frequency Specific Microcurrent by Dr. Carol McMakin, who translated frequency medicine - sent into the shadows with the release of the 1915 Flexner Report - into modern medical terms and re-established frequency as a viable treatment (many of the success reports have been relegated to closed rooms as to not catch the attention of Big Pharma and the FDA).

My current intention is to inspire people with my story and art to REMEMBER THEIR POWERS as Masters of Frequency. When we take charge of our frequency, we not only change our mind, hearts, bodies, lives - but also influence the field around us.

When I am not creating custom frequency pieces to assist people in shamaning themselves into a quantum shift, I enjoy painting with my horse and spirit guide Nandi at a ranch outside of Sedona, AZ and goofing off with my son. And as someone who took nearly 40 years to live true to my nature, may I serve as a reminder that your rebirth is RIGHT ON TIME.
